House DANIA is situated in Lopar, on the island of Rab, near the well known Paradisebeach ( Rajska plaza ) - the 1500 meters long sandy beach in part of the Lopar called San Marino.

Haus DANIA befindet sich in Lopar, auf der Insel Rab, Naehe von bekanntem Paradiesstrand ( Rajska plaza ) - 1500 meter langes Sandstrand in Ortteil San Marino.
We ( family Matahlija ) offer You accomodation in our 6 completely equiped apartments for 2 - 7 person, with 1 - 3 bedromms. Apartments are comfortable ( smallest from 50 m2, and bigest from 85 m2 ). Infront of the house there is a large garden ( 700 m2 ) with fruit trees ( mandarines, oranges, apple trees...), a few terraces, grill ( barbecue ), playground and parking space.
Wir ( Familie Matahlija ) bieten Ihnen Unterkunft in unserem 6 Ferienwohnungen fuer 2 - 7 Personen, mit 1 - 3 Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnungen sind komfortable ( 50m2 - 85 m2 ). Vor dem Haus befindet sich grosser Garten mit Fruchtebaeumen ( Mandarine, Orange, Aepfelbaeume...), paar Terrassen, Grill, Spielplatz und Parkplatz.
The house is placed on quiet place ( not directli on the main street ), only 300 meters from the sandy Paradisebeach, and 300 m from the centre of Lopar. You will need about 5 walking minutes to reech the beach. Restaurants, bank, post office, ambulance, sport center, shoping possibilitys are close to house ( 100 - 400 meters ). To the Lopars Restaurants, there are 100 - 500 m.
Ruhige Lage ( nicht direkt an der Strasse ), nur 300 meter von der Sandstrand ( Paradiesstrand - 5 geheminuten ), und 300 m bis Zentrum von Lopar... Restaurants, Bank, Post, Ambulante, Sport Zentrum, Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten in Lopar sind in der Naehe ( 100 - 400 m ).
There are few shaddowed terraces infront of the house, and one in the garden. You will enjoy it during hot days and warm nights...
